request for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Still, an internal review of FEMA <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/fema-ready-hurricane-season-internal-review-finds\/story?id=121837637\" target=\"_blank\">this month indicated<\/a> the agency is &#8220;not ready&#8221;
